Karnataka state is going to host
Hindus Sacred Religious gathering ceremony on Kaveri River bank in the month of
September 2017. This festival is called Kaveri Pushkaram 2017 or Kaveri
Pushkaralu 2017. Religious traditional Celebrations for 12 days they are
organized on a large scale at every temple. Pushkar holy bath in Kaveri River
Pushkaralu 2017 will starts from 12th September 2017.
This Celebration of kaveri Pushkaram 2017 and Holy bath will
continue for 12 days i.e., up to 24th September 2017. Around 12
Famous temples and important Kaveri Pushkar Snan ghats are under construction

Kesava Temple – Mysore Karnataka
Chenna Kesava Temple is a Vaishnava
temple dedicated to lord Hari or Krishna. This was built in 12th Century
by Hoyasala Kings of South Indian kingdoms. It has worldwide recognition for

of King Narasimha III. This is the most visited place for Kaveri Pushkara Snanam

Sri Bhagandeshwara Temple –

Bhagamandala was known in ancient
times as Bhaganda Kshetra. Long ago one great sage namely Sri Bhaganda Maharshi

Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple – Srirangapatna, Karnataka
Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple is a
famous for Hindu Temple dedicated to Ranganatha. It is one of the five
importanat pilgrimage sites with river Kaveri. The king Vishnuvardhan was
granted a village to srirangapatna in 12th century. People can visit this place

Sri Venugopala Swamy Temple –
Somanathapura, Karnataka
Sri Venugopala swamy temple is at
Hosakannambabi, near Krishna Raja Sagara. It is also as Hoysala architecture in
Karnataka. Around 12th century AD this temple was built at the same time of
Chennakesava temple at Somanthapura, Mysore district. It is also famous place
